PROPOSAL AND VALIDITY OF A SCALE OF TEAMWORK’S INTERNAL DYNAMICS IN INDIGENOUS WOMEN

Teamwork can be understood a process where the members are recognised as unit, that shows interdependence but works together for common objective; this practice is relevant to achieve progress and develop, especially in vulnerable groups. The aim of study was evaluate validity reliability from scores obtained an instrument with three components internal dynamics (Task Interdependence, Group Potency Psychological Safety) indigenous women Mexico. sample consisted 96 participants. Internal consistency evaluated by using Cronbach alpha coefficient, structure determined principal component factorial analysis Varimax rotation. on each subscales showed acceptable degree (αinter=.712, αgroup=.701, αacceptance=.716 y αsupport=.682). factor two sections Interdependence Potency) items loaded explained 47.12% 44.99% variance, respectively.
